Wine of the Week: Ridge California Sonoma County Three Valleys 2009

There is nothing better than enjoying a glass of wine on a spring day, while looking out at the Great Smoky Mountains. In particular, we recommend the Ridge California Sonoma County Three Valleys 2009. The winemaker considers this wine to be special because of the many different flavors from a variety of grapes, one can taste fresh raspberry, cherry, white pepper, and elegant tannins. Join us at Dancing Bear Lodge for dinner and be sure to ask about this great wine!

Throughout May, we will be featuring some of our favorite wines, so check back for more information soon!

SweetWater Georgia Brown Beer

We love it and think you will too!

A Classic Favorite: Mimosa

One of our favorite drinks is a mimosa. Try making it at home and enjoying it with your family and friends!

You will need one ounce of orange juice and some champagne. Then simply pour the orange juice in a champagne flute and slowly top with your favorite champagne. Enjoy!
